GTI Media asked us to provide support to their existing group of websites. This support included everything from providing bug fixes, internal support, training for staff, adding new functionality, improving the existing functionality of the website and developing reporting tools for the internal candidate database.
We supported in-house users in all areas of the website, from content management and administration assistance to bug fixing and reporting. This support was in part provided through the Open Source project management system, Redmine. The additional functionality we provided over the course of this project ranged from adding Solr search functionality, memcached integration and a number of smaller additions including a user affiliate system.
